Order review

Orders are subject to purchaser qualification, intended-use review, availability, payment confirmation, and applicable legal restrictions. An order confirmation does not guarantee shipment until review is complete.

Processing

Processing estimates begin after an order is accepted. Holidays, documentation requests, address issues, weather, carrier disruption, and compliance review may extend processing time.

Destinations and restrictions

Shipping is limited to eligible street addresses in the United States. PO Boxes are not accepted because signature delivery requires a street address. If no configured shipping zone matches the destination state, checkout will explain that the site does not currently ship to that address.

Packaging and documentation

Materials are prepared for transport using packaging appropriate to the item and shipment method. Each fulfilled order includes access to lot-specific documentation. Purchasers are responsible for maintaining appropriate receipt, storage, and handling procedures.

Carrier events

UPS delivery estimates are not guarantees. The recipient should inspect the parcel promptly and preserve the packaging if loss, visible damage, or a shipment discrepancy is suspected.

Address accuracy

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete, authorized street address. Costs arising from an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be assigned to the purchaser to the extent permitted by law.

Rates

Available UPS services and prices are shown during checkout. When an order meets the configured free-shipping threshold, the lowest-cost active service is free and faster services show only their upgrade difference.
