A return is considered only when requested through the account within the return window shown on this page, measured from the delivery date recorded by the carrier. No material may be shipped back before a return authorization number is issued. Anything sent back without an authorization number is refused and not refunded.

Eligible material

Material is eligible only if the container is unopened, the manufacturer seal is fully intact and unbroken, the label and lot number are present, legible, and match the lot recorded on the order, the item is in its original packaging including any temperature control materials, and the item was stored under the conditions stated on the product page from the moment of delivery.

Material that is not eligible

Material is not eligible if the seal is broken or shows any sign of being punctured, reconstituted, aliquoted, or otherwise handled, if the lot number does not match the order, if the container is unlabeled or relabeled, if the material was exposed to temperatures outside the stated range, or if the item was purchased under a volume discount tier or through approved bulk access.

Authorization and inspection

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection and after the returned material is verified against the lot. A restocking fee may apply. The current configured fee is up to 0%. Original shipping is not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the seller shipped an incorrect item or a lot failure is verified.

Refused and unverifiable material

Refused, undeliverable, and unclaimed shipments are returned at the customer's cost and refunded less shipping and any restocking fee.

Because these are laboratory materials, any returned item that cannot be verified as unopened and correctly stored is destroyed rather than restocked and is not refunded.

Nothing in this policy creates a right of return for material that has been accepted and used in research.
