Intended use under 21 CFR 201.128
Consistent with the intended-use standard described in 21 CFR 201.128, objective intent is determined by the circumstances surrounding distribution, including labeling, promotional claims, advertising, oral and written statements, and the context in which a product is offered. Preston Peptide presents and distributes products solely as laboratory research materials. Nothing on this site establishes any clinical, diagnostic, or disease-related intended use.
Qualified purchasers
Purchasers must be qualified researchers acting on behalf of a legitimate laboratory, research institution, educational organization, or commercial research operation. A purchaser must have the training, facilities, procedures, and legal authority required to receive, store, handle, and dispose of the materials ordered.
Purchaser representations
By requesting or purchasing material, the purchaser represents that the material will be used only for lawful laboratory research; will not be introduced into any human or animal; will not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes; and will be handled by qualified personnel under appropriate institutional controls.
Order review
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify purchaser qualifications or intended use. We may decline or cancel an order when information is incomplete, the stated use falls outside our standards, or fulfillment would conflict with applicable law or our compliance requirements.
No advisory relationship
Product records and certificates provide material information for laboratory review. They do not provide clinical, medical, veterinary, or regulatory advice. Each purchaser is responsible for determining the legal and institutional requirements applicable to its own work.
Reporting concerns
Questions about permitted use, purchaser eligibility, or potentially noncompliant activity should be directed to the support email shown on the Contact page once published.
